Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain IT systems of two factories, mainly on network, workstations hardware, software, and ERP systems.
- Setup and maintain hardware include network (internal and external routers, switches), workstation, machines, workstation, phone, camera, and alarm systems etc.
- Install, maintain software, include Microsoft Office365, Microsoft Dynamic GP and Salespad, Panatrack, PDF etc.
- First line investigation, troubleshooting and resolving incidents and problems appropriately.
- Support company users with their utilization of applications, such as Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, Outlook. Web Browsers and SharePoint on cloud and local machines.
- Maintain Machines of Solar Frame producing.
- Experience in Cisco Meraki Firewall Security and system Kaspersky antivirus.
- Strong knowledge in Enterprise Multi-site branch office connectivity through VPN.
- Perform daily system monitoring, including verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes; reviewing system and application logs; and verifying completion of scheduled jobs, such as Veeam backups.
- Professional diploma in industrial mechanic or electro mechanics
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance
- Experience In welding, assembly and disassembly, handling of the heavy equipment.
- Interests and skills for problem solving or troubleshooting.
- Ingenuity, dynamism, resourcefulness, autonomy.
- Tolerance to visual elements and odors.
- Good oral and written communication
- Ability to maintain internal and external relationships
